Egypt challenges Tunisia in the African Handball Cup of Nations

CAIRO: Egypt will face Tunisia in the African Handball Cup of Nations in Algeria from Jan. 15 to 26, according to Filgoal.com.

Pharaohs won the bronze medal in the last tournament but will fight to regain the cup after their latest victory in 2008.

Tunisia is the best team in Africa as it got nine cups in 20 attended tournaments, and it succeeded in the past two tournaments as well.

Egypt won the cup five times.

According to the latest result:
First group: Egypt, Tunisia, Senegal, Cameroon, Gabon, Libya.
Second group: Algeria, Morocco, Angola, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo.
